Sugee Cookies - Little balls of crumbly happiness

Bake this crumbly cookie with only six steps and ingredients!


Sugee Cookies

Ingredients (Yields about 140 pieces)

1. 730g Plain Flour
2. 400g of Ghee (QBB if possible)
3. 290g Icing Sugar
4. 1 Tsp Vanilla Essence
5. ½ Tsp Bicarbonate Soda
6. A pinch of salt


1. Whisk Ghee and icing sugar in a mixing bowl until it changes colour.
2. Add vanilla essence, bicarbonate soda and salt.
3. Mix well and add flour a little at a time.
4. Knead to form a non-sticky soft dough.
5. Using a teaspoon, scoop dough and roll into a small ball. Arrange on a lined baking tray.
6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 180°C. Leave to cool down completely before storing in tins lined with pergament paper between each layer.
