Banana Walnut Cake Topped with Raisins

Banana Walnut Cake Topped with Raisins


1 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of melted butter
2 eggs
2 1/4 cups of multi-purpose flour
1 splash of vanilla
2 ripe bananas
2 big tablespoons or dollops of yoghurt 
3/4 cups of 2% milk
1 cup of chopped walnuts
1 handful of raisins for toppings


1. Mash bananas
2. Mix everything well with a blender
3. Preheat oven at 350°F
4. Bake for 45 to 65 minutes
